Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account yourself, directly in the app:
- Open the Kokulan Physics app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account (below "Sign Out").
- Enter your password to confirm.
Deletion is permanent. Your account, profile and class access are
removed immediately and cannot be restored. To use the app again you
would need to register a new account and be re-approved.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, contact us and we will delete your account for you. Please message from — or mention — the phone number or email you registered with, so we can verify it's your account:

What is deleted
| Deleted | Your sign-in account, profile (name, email, phone number, batch, district, device info, index number), notification history, push notification tokens, and group/class access. |

| Kept | Nothing is kept on our servers after deletion. Data stored only on your device (watch progress, personal notes, bookmarks) is removed when you uninstall the app. |
